Procedure Description:
48 yr old woman with longstanding breast implants. The breast tissue sagged over and the implant pockets went to the side. She felt she was too large and wanted new, smaller implants with a breast lift. The implants were exchanged for smaller silicone (265 cc), the breast pockets were repaired and a full lift performed with some tissue removal.
