Breast Reaugmentation

30 yr old woman with prior breast implants. She wanted the breasts made a little closer together and reaugmentation to a similar size. The implants were exchanged from 280 cc to 345 cc and the lateral pockets repaired. The central space is notably smaller afterwards.
